Strategic Turnaround and Growth: Successfully stepped into interim Head of HR roles, leading People Operations, Recruiting, and Business Partnering for a 450-person post-restructuring startup with international operations, and acting as interim HR Director for a fast-growing F&B retail startup to set up scalable processes and policies.
Organizational Scaling and Efficiency: As VP People at a fast-scaling food retailer I led a 10-person team, streamlined HR operations, implemented headcount budgeting, leadership development, and successfully built and ran the first performance and compensation review.
M&A and Due Diligence Expertise: Provided critical buy-side HR Due Diligence for PwC's acquisitions and ran the sell-side HR Due Diligence during IXDS's sale to PwC, demonstrating expertise in assessing HR maturity and managing transitions.
Foundational HR Implementation: Key experience includes implementing ATS & HRIS in creative consultancies, setting up the HR function for a US expansion, and developing a first L&D concept and leadership development framework.
Modern HR Initiatives: Created and implemented an ESG Reporting framework for a German retail company with over 15,000 employees and set up DEI strategy, programs, and initiatives.
